I've spent my life around the game — first as a player, and now as a coach and mentor. Along the way, I was fortunate to have people who saw potential in me, challenged me to grow, and believed in me before I fully believed in myself.

Those experiences shaped the way I see soccer. The game can teach you discipline, resilience, humility, leadership, and how to work for something bigger than yourself. But more importantly, the right coach can have an impact that reaches far beyond the field.

RIS3 was created because I want to be that person for the next generation.

Our goal isn't simply to develop better soccer players. It's to help young people become confident, disciplined, humble, and purpose-driven individuals — using soccer as the platform to help them grow both on and off the field.

We start with soccer. But we're really building something bigger: a community where athletes are challenged to compete with humility, serve others, grow in their faith, and understand the purpose God has given them.
